After being released from the New York Jets, Tim Tebow has been unable to find work as a quarterback in the NFL. General managers from around the league have stated that Tebow’s ability to play at the position is far below even their third string quarterbacks.
Even after turning the Broncos around and leading them to the playoffs, being traded to a team that rarely played him then outright releasing him, Tebow remains confident in his ability to play the position, turning down offers from various teams to play as a tight-end.
“I just go out there and do what I can, learn from every experience, and play my heart out” said Tebow.
Critics charge that Tebow is one of the most horrible quarterbacks to grace the game and have heavily criticized him for his religious beliefs after reporters and TV networks have focused on his praying.
After such a horrible season with the Broncos though, who can still be supportive of the idea that Tebow has the ability to lead a team to victory?
Some indoor football teams have expressed interest in him, some offering as much as $100 per game.
Time will tell, but Tebow is likely better suited to flipping burgers than playing quarterback.
